Q: Are the corks used on the Vineyard collection real?
A: Yes
Q: Are the corks sealed?
A: Yes, we stain and seal the corks with professional cork sealant.
Q: How do I care for the knobs and pulls?
A: Wipe with a damp soft cloth. No chemicals are necessary. Use of chemicals or harsh abrasive cleaners will void warranty.
Q: Are the Tuscany, Mountain River Gems and Creekside Creations sealed? And do they need to be sealed occassionally?
A: We seal each knob and pull with a natural stone sealer. As with all natural stone products we do recommend sealing them occassionally (once a year) with a natural stone sealer. Consult your local tile store or stone store for their product recommendation.
Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of delivery. Please obtain an RA# by calling 941-400-0687 or by e-mail vinedesignsllc@gmail.com. There is a 25% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
If a product is damaged during shipment, contact us immediately. Ship the item back, once received and verified, a replacement will be shipped to you.

Sorry, no returns are offered on our The Vineyard Collection cabinet hardware, because each knob and handle is custom made for the customer when the order is placed.

Shipping Policy
We ship & track all orders via USPS or FedEx (whichever we deem most cost effective). If you would like us to ship via UPS using your UPS acct. Please write in BOLD letters how you would like your order shipped and include you UPS acct#.
